Chrystal Michael is the founder and owner of four companies:  Unihome Boutique, a student accommodation facility with 146 luxury studio apartments, Urbano Coffee Shop, Chrystal Blue apartments in Protaras, and Green Motion Company, a car rental firm with a fleet of 1000 cars. , Since  2017,  Chrystal has been the Director and owner of Ford Cars Automotive company, MICHAELS AUTOMOTIVE LTD. In total the five companies employ well over 150 full-time staff.
